An enchanting Africa Trip to Bwindi Inpenetrable Park Masai Mara and Seychelles Islands.
A 14 -day Safari and Beach adventure in Africa. Trip combines prime wildlife regions and invites travelers to participate in East Africa’s conservation success story. Upon landing Entebbe, Uganda, you will spend a night before taking a flight the next day to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for gorilla trekking. Return Entebbe after 2 nights and connect a flight to Nairobi. Guests will explore Kenya’s Masai Mara National park in search of the Big 5, and discover the un-tamed wilderness and beauty of the Maasai Mara and the pristine wilderness of the Serengeti – Mara Ecosystem. Fly to the Seychelles Islands for 5 nights – 2 nights in Mahe Island and 3 nights in Praslin.

Day 1: Arrive Entebbe, Uganda
Arrive Entebbe International Airport. After clearing the customs and immigration procedures, you are met by Hallmark Travel Planners representative and transfer to Boma Guest House.
The Boma Hotel is Entebbe’s original and most exclusive hotel, set in tropical gardens in a leafy suburb, a few minutes drive from Entebbe International Airport. Our rooms combine the modern comforts one expects today with the charm and character of the original 1940’s home.
Day 2: Flight Entebbe to Bwindi
After an early breakfast, start your Luxury Gorilla Trekking Safari with the first up-country transfer to Entebbe International Airport for the AeroLink flight to Kisoro across central Uganda and offering a view of the country beautiful landscape of mountains, hills, cultivated terraces, tropical rainforest, bamboo forests and the majestic chain of the Virunga Volcanoes.
Upon arrival meeting with the vehicle and our walking safari guide for a briefing on the very interesting activities of the day which will be adapted to the clients’ desires. You can either walk for approx. 90 minutes – 4km to Lake Mutanda Sheba’s Camp – or drive 30 minutes to the lake. You then “settle” in a dugout canoe for 2-3 hours of gentle relaxed cruising across the lake, enjoying the beautiful landscape.
After lunch at a restaurant on the Lake Mutanda shores, continue on foot till Rubuguri (9km – 2/3 hours) where you meet up the vehicle and drive for another 10 km up to the Lodge in Nkuringo (approx 1 hour). Of course you can also be picked up by the vehicle at the lake and drive all the way up to the Lodge. Accommodation at Nkuringo Bwindi Gorilla Lodge

Day 3: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi
After breakfast, at around 7:45 am, with packed lunch and drinking water, the Luxury Gorilla Trekking Safari party will transfer to the National Park Head Quarters for the briefing on the gorilla trekking dos and the don’ts. You’re then walked to the jungle trailhead for the start of the actual gorilla tracking.
The beauty of this rain forest is spectacular. The area offers a dramatic, steeply forested landscape and is incredibly dense, but crisscrossed by numerous animal trails allowing access to tourists. The time taken and the terrain vary as per the movements of these great primates. The thrill of spending time observing these gentle and endangered giants is an awesome, exciting experience to be long savoured. Many find it to be a rare and moving opportunity. The tracking can take place at Nkuringo or at Rushaga (1 hr drive from Nkuringo), as per the gorilla permits obtained.
Upon return, relax at the lodge and, for those who like, at 5.00 pm either stroll through the community center or drive up to the “Top of the World” – the name given to the football field, high up in Nkuringo which offers amazing views over the peaks and forests around Nkuringo. Day 4: Fly to Entebbe Connect Flight to Nairobi
Early breakfast and transfer to Kisoro Airstrip for your morning AeroLink flight to Entebbe. Connect a flight to Nairobi, Kenya. Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, go through the immigration and customs procudures, then transfer to Tamarind Tree Hotel for the night.
Tamarind Tree Hotel is ideally located just 5 kms to the southwest of Nairobi within the spacious Carnivore grounds and its iconic Carnivore Restaurant.
Day 5: Fly From Nairobi to the Masai Mara Reserve
Breakfast at your hotel. Transfer from Jomo Kenyatta Airport to Wilson Airport for the flight to the Masai Mara.
On arrival Masai Mara, you will be met and transferred to the lodge for check in and lunch. Lunch is followed by a late afternoon game viewing drive. Return to camp for sunset drinks and dinner and overnight – andBeyond Kichwa Tembo Camp. You will stay at this lodge for the next 3 nights.
The Mara is a spectacular expanse of open grassland which covers 1,510 km² in the south-west corner of Kenya. The tree-lined Mara River has a healthy population of hippos and crocodiles. The crocodiles are most active during the Mara River crossings of the great migration. Wildlife roam freely throughout the vast Masai Mara Ecosystem. There are no boundaries or fences to obstruct the movement and migration of animals.
Each year, normally in August and September, the Mara plays host to the most spectacular Wildebeest Migration. Millions of ungulates move across the plains in an endless stream. Watching this vast herd move with the predators that follow them is fascinating.
Day 6 and 7: Explore the Masai Mara
Each morning rise at dawn with tea and coffee and enjoy a game drive before breakfast. An afternoon game drive with sun-downers in the bush completes the activities for the day. Game drives are conducted in 4WD safari cruisers with expert guides that are knowledgeable and passionate about the flora and fauna of the Masai Mara.
There is an option to enjoy a hot air balloon ride and float across the savannah plains above herds of wildlife. Watch the sun rise over the horizon and after an hour flight (with ample opportunities for photography and video filming); enjoy a tasty bush breakfast before a return game drive back to andBeyond Kichwa Tembo Camp.
Day 8: Flight Masai Mara to Nairobi – Overnight
Have breakfast then depart with packed lunch for a final game drive as you head to the airstrip for a flight to Nairobi. Upon arrival at Wilson Airport Nairobi transfer to Tamarind Hotel for the night, in readiness for the flight to Seychelles the next morning. Overnight at Tamarind Tree Hotel.
Day 9: Flight from Nairobi to Seychelles
Early pick from hotel and transfer to Jomo Kenyatta Airport in Nairobi for the flight from Nairobi to Seychelles. Arrive Mahe Island in Seychelles, a spectacular setting for an island and beach holiday. You will be met and transferred to your resort hotel. The islands possess some of the world’s rarest flora and fauna and half of its landmass is protected in reserves and World Heritage Sites.
With spectacular scenery above and below the warm, tropical waters, wonderful walking, superb sailing, and world class fishing, these remote islands can offer a rich diversity of experience. Overnight in Mahe Island, Seychelles – Constance Ephelia Beach Hotel.
Day 10: Free day in Mahe Island, Seychelles
The day is free to explore the island on your own. The spectacular scenery in the North of the island has to be seen to be believed. You can hire a car and take a round trip of the island and take a leisurely drive around the island, taking in some of the picturesque bays or up over Sans Souci, through the Tea Plantations and descend to the capital, Victoria.
You may also visit the Botanical Gardens, where you can see the only other location, apart from the Valle’e De Mai, where the “Coco De Mer” grows and also see the Giant Tortoises in their enclosure. Overnight in Seychelles – Constance Ephelia Beach Hotel.
Day 11: Transfer Mahe to Praslin
This morning transfer by ferry boat to Praslin island in Seychelles. Arrive Praslin and transfer to Paradise Sun Hotel.
At the quiet-end of a 2km stretch of white coral-crushed sand, bordered by granite boulders, Paradise Sun’s collection of charming ocean facing French-Creole bungalows peek out from tropical flowering gardens. The turquoise horizon is interrupted only by the postcard beauty of St Pierre Island and bobbing sail boats. Overnight Paradise Sun Hotel in Praslin Island, Seychelles.
Day 12 and 13: Free Day in Praslin, Seychelles
The day is free to explore the island on own. Overnight in Praslin Island, Seychelles.
Day 14: Depart
Its time to say good bye to your Seychelles holiday, as you are transferred back to Seychelles Airport by hotel shuttle service for your flight back home.
