10 Days Tanzania adventure, culture and wildlife safari was designed for the traveller with an adventurous spirit, seeking an intimate experience in the local African Masai tribes. You start by hiking the kilimanjaro for a day. After this you still taking advantage of enjoying a wildlife safari which includes visits to Tarangire and Serengeti National Parks, Lake Eyasi, and the famous Ngorongoro Crater which, features one of the highest concentrations of game in Africa.

Day 1: Arrival Tanzania, Moshi
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel around Moshi Area. Overnight – booked on full board. www.salsalinerohotel.com/
Day 2: Half Day Kilimanjaro Mini Trek – Overnight Moshi.
Today, take early breakfast and leave with packed lunch boxes for a hike from Marangu Gate to Mandara Huts, at the base of Mt Kilimanjaro. The day hike is designed who do not wish to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro to the top and yet want to experience the magic of the Mountain
This hike to the first hut will allow you to have a feel of the mountain for one day. The hike through the rain forest will be breathtaking as you come close to nature while making your body enjoy a nice walk without feeling too exhausted at the end.
On a clear day you will be in a position to see and hear birds singing in the bushes, monkeys jumping from tree to tree and the breathtaking landscape and vegetation on the slopes of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Children are also allowed to do the Kilimanjaro day hike and it will be a good family hike as you introduce your young ones to the highest Mountain in Africa without taking them all the way to the top. Return in the late afternoon for some rest in the lodge. Overnight at Sal Salinero Hotel.
Day 3: Drive Moshi to Lake Manyara
Early breakfast at you hotel in Moshi. Then depart for Lake Manyara for a full day safari with picnic lunch boxes. Game drive in the park till early evening when you drive to Osoitok Lodge for dinner and overnight. Meals included on this day: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day 4: Village Walks – Cultural Tours
Activities of today include visits to authentic interaction with the locals. Visit the bomas mostly on foot. You will take the medicinal walk that starts with an exciting & very educational walking safari across the nearby bush. Maasai warriors will guide you along their paths and explain to you typical medicinal plants, extraordinary trees, tracks and the local wildlife. Dinner and overnight at Osoitok Lodge. Meals included on this day: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day 5: Safaris in Lake Manyara. Afternoon drive to Lake Eyasi
Early breakfast at your lodge is followed by check out and the you leave with picnic lunch boxes. Enjoy a day game drive in Lake Manyara National Park whose inhabitants include hippos, monkeys, tree climbing lions, flamingos and other variety of birdlife. In the late afternoon drive to Lake Eyasi. Dinner and overnight at Lake Eyasi Lodge. Meals included on this day: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day 6: Go Hunting with the Hadzabe
This morning, go hunting with the Hadzabe tribesmen. Cousins of the Kalahari bushmen, the Hadzabe share a similar click-language as well as centuries-old bush lore and an intimate symbiosis with their environment. In the afternoon, visit the Datoga tribes and try the iron-craftsmanship skills. Visiting the Datoga tribe will complete your cultural experience at Lake Eyasi. The Datoga are skilled farmers and craftsman. You will visit their habitat, and experience thier culture first hand. Be prepared for the experience of a lifetime. If time allows, you may also visit the onion plantations. Overnight at Lake Eyasi Lodge. Meals included on this day: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day 7: Drive Lake Eyasi to Serengeti
After breakfast you’ll set off for the Serengeti, stopping en route to visit Olduvai Gorge – a rich archaeological site where evidence of the first signs of human life was found. Lunch on the way into the Serengeti, one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife-viewing areas. Hope to spot the national park’s resident big cats as well as the Big Five amongst its rolling plains. Arrive Ikoma Safari Camp for the night. Stay: Mbugani Seronera Camp. Meals included on this day: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day 8: Safaris in Serengeti
Today you will enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in the Serengeti. You’ll rise early and take off at dawn in order to witness sunrise over the vast savannah. Alternatively, take a walking safari either at sunrise of sunset in additional to the game drives. Stay: Mbugani Seronera Camp.

Day 9: Drive Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
Wake early for a morning game drive then back to camp for brunch and to pack up your gear. Then you’ll head off to Ngorongoro Crater, viewing wildlife on the way. You will have dinner prepared at your lodge near the crater rim and – Rhino Lodge.
Day 10: Crater Tour – Late Afternoon to Moshi
Wake up early morning for breakfast at 6am (early starts for the best wildlife viewing) and then descend into the Crater floor for a game drive. Here in this wonderful caldera you may see lions, leopard, buffalo, elephant, black rhino, zebra, hippo, wildebeest, hyena and more! Your lunch will be served at the picnic site in the crater- Ngoitoktok swamp- you will be able to eat your lunch alongside the hippos in the pool! Following lunch at approximately 2pm you will ascend the crater to pass through the conservation area to start your return to Moshi (arrive 5:30- 6pm).
