Mara River Camp – Masai Mara
Boasting elevated views of the Masai Mara National Reserve and the Wildebeest Migration Route, Mara Engai Wilderness Lodge offers luxury tented accommodation nestled in the Kenyan ravine forest. Each of the spacious 20 tented suites at Mara Engai features a balcony overlooking the ravine forest or Masai Mara plains .
The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a waterfall shower and a double vanity, with toiletries, slippers and bathrobes provided for your comfort. Rates at Mara Engai include meals, water, soft drinks, tea and coffee.
Guests can dine in the restaurant offering panoramic views, in the privacy of the suites or even in the bush. Also included at this lodge are the return transfers from Serena Airstrip, 2 shared scheduled safari game drives per day, a bush breakfast and dinner, and a sundowner.
Extra actives offered include walking safaris, quad bike safaris, Maasai village tours and hot air ballooning over the Masai Mara.
For younger guests, the lodge also offers activities such as how to build a bonfire, Maasai style and Maasai naming ceremony.
Serena Airstrip is within 25 km of Mara Engai Wilderness Lodge, while the Oloololo Gate is within 30 km of the property.
